Here’s a remastered song you’ve heard before. It’s in MP3 form, and you’re playing it via your computer, so by definition you’re not getting a high quality audio experience. But if you’re like me, that’s probably the way you listen to much of/most of your music.
I don’t know what prompted me to buy this, because I’d never heard it, or of it, before I did. Do recall where I bought it: Northern Lights Music in downtown Minneapolis (long, long gone). First ska I ever heard; worked backwards starting from here.
A warning I think I’ll make often: If I keep posting here, odds are very good it’s going to be heavy on music circa, say, 1988-1995. OK? OK.
I believe the studio apartment I was renting at this point cost me something like $200 a month. I thought it was a pretty good deal, but in retrospect you want to avoid ground-floor rentals that look directly onto the building’s parking lot.
